General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for 3D Printing Service on www.3dtlac.cz

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1 The operator of the e-shop and provider of 3D printing services is 3Dtlac.cz, registered office: Severná 23, Levice, Slovak Republic, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.
1.2 These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Provider and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, in connection with the order and implementation of the 3D printing service for models submitted by the Customer via the website www.3dtlac.cz.

2. Subject of the Contract

2.1 The Provider provides production of 3D printed parts according to digital models supplied by the Customer.
2.2 The Customer sends the model in [e.g., STL, ZIP] format and is responsible for its technical correctness, quality, and suitability for 3D printing.

3. Quality, Tolerances, and Assemblability

3.1 The Provider carries out 3D printing according to the technical capabilities of the FDM technology and materials used.
3.2 The Provider is not responsible for the quality of the model, its tolerances, or the mutual assemblability of the printed parts unless otherwise agreed upon separately with the Provider.
3.3 If the Customer wishes to make modifications to the model, optimization, setting of tolerances, or checking of assemblability, these activities shall be the subject of a separate agreement and will be additionally charged according to the Provider’s current price list.

4. Order and Processing

4.1 An order is created by delivering the digital model and confirming the order by the Customer via the website www.3dtlac.cz.
4.2 The Provider reserves the right to reject an order if the model is technically unprocessable or if the Customer does not provide all necessary information.
4.3 The Provider will confirm receipt of the order by email and inform the Customer about the expected completion date.

5. Price and Payment Terms

5.1 The price for 3D printing is determined based on the complexity, material volume, and required services.
5.2 The price for any additional modifications to the model (quality, tolerances, assembly) is specified in a separate agreement.
5.3 Payment is made [payment options, e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery, online payment] as agreed.

6. Withdrawal and Complaints

6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order until its processing is confirmed. After processing, withdrawal is not possible.
6.2 Complaints are handled in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.
6.3 The Provider is not responsible for defects resulting from a poor-quality or unsuitable model supplied by the Customer.

7. Data Protection

7.1 The Provider processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 These GTC become effective on the day of their publication on the website www.3dtlac.cz.
8.2 The Provider reserves the right to change the GTC and will inform Customers in an appropriate manner.
8.3 Legal relationships not regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code of the Slovak Republic.
